All of our Post-Op Meals are 20-30gm protein, less than 15gm net carbs and 5.5-7.5 oz.
We ship all items via UPS every Monday. Depending of your region you will receive your order Tuesday or Wednesday.
All Orders must be placed by Sunday 9:00 pm EST time.
IMPORTANT: Please arrange for quick pick-up and refrigeration once the meals arrive at your doorstep, as they will become unfit for consumption if outside for too long. Be sure your shipping address is a location at which we can delivery within the hours of 8am-8pm (we suggest a home address). We apologize in advance — we cannot be held responsible for ruined meals related to delayed pick-up. If there is an issue with your order once you receive it, you have 3 days to let us know so we can rectify the issue. Meals can be delivered to your workplace if necessary (we highly recommend your home).
After you click “add to cart,” you can put delivery instructions, food preferences, intolerances, and allergies. As we pack lots of fresh foods into our meals, they are perishable.
